However, the solution (which worked) to our problem was to drop our speed from 2.50 to 1.42 because the distance we are from the CO is too far and there are no plans to upgrade.
Now, to add insult to injury our rate has gone up to just over $50 with GST.
Can anyone please suggest an alternative?
We are looking at Persona Cable (which we do not currently use) as it is the only logical alternative. If Bell can't "push" their Sympatico service to maximum speed over our phone line it's not likely they will help or facilitate any other ISP to do so.
